Creator Relations Manager (Full-time)

The company is looking for a Sales or Customer Success professional to join our Creator Relations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Reach out proactively to live streamers on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook
  • Maintain relationships with content creators and constantly work to increase activation, retention and monetization
  • Provide excellent service and technical support to customers
  • Engage with agencies and organizations in the industry
  • Occasionally attend events in-person to help promote the platform
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a sales, customer success, or account management position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong affinity for sales and negotiation
  • Knowledge of the livestreaming, gaming and/or content creation industries
  • Understanding of technological products and solutions for content creators

Marketing Operations Manager

The company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, create and schedule engaging posts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
  • Create and manage ads on social media and other popular ad spaces
  • Write and schedule entries for the companies newsletter and blog
  • Involve the community in the company's marketing by encouraging guest content on the company's publications
  • Engage with, and provide technical support to users on Discord
  • Produce and manage periodical community events that drive measurable growth
  • Empower community champions and utilize their help
  • Engage with beta testers and create feedback reports
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing communities (gaming/streaming - a plus)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great oral & written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the livestreaming, gaming and/or content creation industries
  • Understanding of technological products and solutions for content creators
